Staging Consultations:
Is your home on the market but not getting the attention it deserves? Are your on-line pictures not grabbing the attention of potential buyers? Perhaps you need an expert and neutral third party to take a look and make some soklid suggestions as to how your home could look with a little knowhow and Staging.
First we will set up an appointment to view the home in its current state. This usually takes about one or two hours depending on the size of the home. Areas of concern are discussed with the home owner (if present) and a written report will be available within 48 hours.
Consultations from $150.00
The home owner can then decide if he or she would like to carry out the staging work themselves or bring the Stager back in a few days to complete the work.
Hands on Staging:
Staging may take as little as half a day to several days depending on the size of the house and how many rooms are to be tackled. An estimate will be given before any work begins.
Staging is charged at $75.00 per with a 4 hour minimum.

Second Homes:
Its not easy to furnish and decorate a second home in one weekend especially if you live in another state or, indeed another country. Several trips may be necessary to get the look you desire.
My speciality is furnishing and decorating your second home right down to the towels and the teaspoons. Between us we will work out a budget and a look that you are comfortable with and then the fun begins. Leave it to me or have as much input as you would like and I will do the rest from sourcing the items, paying for them on your behalf , taking delivery of them and setting up your new home away from home. It will be ready for your first vacation the moment you step through the door.
Dressing Rooms will charge a fee based on the actual amount spent on all items purchased for the home.
